Nature based practices are scientifically proven to have multiple health benefits and at Green Minds we know that being part of nature means that our health and wellbeing is dependent on a deeper and more reciprocal relationship with the natural world around us. Through the use of horticultural activities, restorative nature-connection sessions and craft making we support local people wishing to improve their mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. At Green Minds we offer opportunities for people to re-connect with themselves and to nature as well as develop practical and meaningful skills. Our approach is to learn and grow together and walk alongside those on a journey to improve and maintain their wellbeing, and we offer safe, healing environments that provide respite from life's daily challenges.
