Join Green Minds this Spring & Summer for a series of monthly Nature-Connection walks.
Take a walk through the seasons to explore and share nature-based wellbeing practices and tools that can help reduce stress and anxiety, support inner restoration and help build a sense of community and connection. We also take time to explore our creativity, and offer a safe and supportive environment for sharing and listening, something so important right now as we begin to re-connect with others and branch out into the world again.
