This month, Em offers ways to explore nature through the medium of literature, and shares some favourite, inspiring and practical books that can be enjoyed from the comfort of an armchair, whilst also offering tips for an extra sensory reading experience!
Winter Bird Watch:
With the RSPB's Big Garden Birdwatch drawing near (29th-31st January), we offer hints and tips on how to perfect your bird watching skills this winter.
Recipes for Wellbeing:
Our offering of recipes this month include a spicy sweet potato soup packed with immune boosting beta carotene and a special antiviral tea blend to help stave off those winter coughs and colds.
