In our first issue we will be looking at:
Ways to Connect with Nature this Winter: Walking Mindfulness & Searching for Patterns in Nature
Em will be offering some suggestions for seasonal activities and practices you can try for yourself when out and about, and will be talking about some of the science behind nature connection and wellbeing, and how we can benefit the most from time spent outdoors this winter.
The Language of Trees: Honing our Skills of Natural Observation
Jess will be offering some practices for how to tune into the natural mystery of trees this winter, offering invitations to slow down & pause and perhaps begin to look at trees a little differently.
Recipes for Wellbeing:
Here we will be sharing some of our favourite immune and mood boosting recipes for you to try at home this winter.
Bringing Nature In:
For those unable to leave their home as often as they would like, in each issue this winter we will share some ideas for how to bring nature into your home.
